This is a small studio apartment in the heart of downtown South San Francisco. Awesome vibrant area with loads of shopping and restaurants located right out the front door. Bus lines and Cal Train within a five minute walking distance or less. Genentech Campus is located just over the railroad tracks.

Looking for a roommate to share a room. Rent is $1,200/ month. Cost is split, so your half is $600/ month. No security deposit, but the property management will conduct a background check prior to move in approval.

I have a twin over full bunk bed. Your half would be the top twin size bed. Mattress is not included.

This is a very small room, so it would work best with someone whose schedule runs opposite of mine. I start my day at 3:00 am and usually arrive back home at around 4:00 pm.
