Private room in Daly City

Hello!
Looking for someone to take over my private room in a Daly City home starting around the end of May (or possibly earlier if needed). It's located 5-10 minutes away from SFSU and has a lot of bus routes as well. There are a lot of plazas, markets, and grocery stores nearby. And lots of parks as well. The room comes with a closet, a twin bed, and a nice view. I currently keep my car in the garage so if you drive, you could park your car in there. There is a shared bathroom on the top floor with two other people. There are three other people in the house who are current masters students. They are pretty chill and fun to talk with. We have three refrigerators and in-unit washer and dryer. The rent right now is $1400 a month and ~$50 a month for utilities with a $1200 deposit.
