Bright private bedroom in a big house with lots of space, a backyard, and a personal parking spot. Walking distance to downtown San Mateo and Caltrain, close to 101 entrance on 3rd Ave, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Personal space: bedroom (~130ft2 + walk-in closet), parking spot in the back. Shared space: one bathroom with bath tub, large kitchen with dishwasher, two(!) living/dining rooms, basement with washer/dryer, backyard. Partly furnished, except for your bedroom. Most rooms have hardwood floors. Friendly landlords.

Utilities split in half - ca. $150/person for water, PG&E, garbage, internet. One month's rent as security deposit.

One person only, m/f/x. Sorry, no pets. No smoking or illegal drugs of any kind. Stable income and good credit score required - the landlords will run a credit check.
