We are a family (couple with a toddler) renting a 2BR2B luxury new development apartment centrally located two blocks from the Redwood City CalTrain station, Whole Foods, and Main Street. We signed the lease in September of last year and need to relocate due to work changes. Looking for a someone/two people to essentially come onto the remainder of lease with us with the option to renew in September if they want to. The whole apartment will basically be yours (2BR2B) since we will be moving out, just staying on the lease (building does not allow for an official lease break but does allow this).
