Access to 280 and 101 is just right around the corner. About me, asian male in my 40s. I work nights and usually come home around midnight. I am nocturnal so I sleep around 3am or so. Although I stay up late I value and respect quiet time and privacy. If I watch TV and you're asleep I would use my Bluetooth headset. If you're super clean and a neat freak that's great. If not, as long as you're not a slob I am also fine with that. Sorry no over night guests. No party's. If you're 420 I don't mind. I don't mind sharing what I already have in the apartment. Utensils, etc. All you would need is to bring your own bed. My lease starts on April 8th. You can check out the place anytime after that.
