Complex is called San Bruno Avalon. You will have your own room and bathroom. Also has in unit washer and dryer.. i like to cook and eat out. my roomie is always welcome to join me and look for new places to try. on occasion i would have my niece and nephews over to hang out. all my friends are married with kids so i rarely have friends over if ever. just signed my lease and will update with photos in mid march. let know if you would be interested.
