This is a 5 bedroom house, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. 1 bath upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Available is one unfurnished (or partially furnished [up to you]) upstairs room to yourself, with a shared bathroom. The room has a view of the bridge and fresh carpet. We can provide you with some furniture, but we don’t have an extra bed.

Located in between Mussel Rock Beach and Avalon Canyon Trail, right on the cliff with a view of the ocean and Mussel Rock Beach.

Housemates are one student of psychology, one teacher of philosophy and bartender, as well as a competitive dance teacher. We are mid…ish 20s / early 30s, and prefer a similar range…but we’re open. We’d prefer to show you the place over video chat before anything is arranged to make sure things feel copacetic. The vibe is mellow. No weird rules, just common courtesy cleanliness. We also pay a small house-cleaning fee once in a while for a deep clean—but we’re very flexible about this and usually just do it ourselves. We have a cat and a dog here too, and sort of prefer no additional pets (however, we may be amenable). If you have a lil fur ball, bring ‘em over. Let’s see if they all get along :)
