Room Available For Immediate Move-In May1st

A small bedroom is available for immediate move-in at the beginning of May in a large, light-filled shotgun Victorian flat in the Mission Dolores.

The room measures approximately 11’ x 6’ and includes a closet, a built-in bed, and redwood shelving for easy, accessible storage. While the bedroom is compact, the flat itself is spacious, open, and filled with natural light. All rooms face east, so you’ll enjoy strong morning sunlight.

The apartment includes a large kitchen with three separate prep areas, a laundry room with compact washer/dryer stack, and a split bath/water closet layout.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two other roommates. Currently, we are two men (in our 50s).

We’re looking for someone who is employed with reliable income, clean, and considerate—someone who cleans up after themselves and is easy to live with. Please note the apartment is on the top floor so it’s up several flights of stairs

Utilities are split evenly (1/3 of PG&E and 1/3 of Xfinity).

Rent is $800/month, with a $600 security deposit ($1,400 total to move in). We’re asking for a six-month commitment, with the possibility of a longer stay as things evolve.
