Two furnished rooms are available for lease takeover at 29 Stone St, one block from Rose Pak Station and about a 5-minute walk to the Transamerica Pyramid. Move-in is late October or November 1. The lease runs through April 2027, with an option to renew.

$2,250/month per room. Furniture (beds and other pieces) is $750 flat for everything. One room has a private ensuite bath; the other shares a full bathroom. The four-bedroom condo is about 1,450 sqft across two floors, with a separate office, living room, balcony, modern kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and bike storage. Water, sewer and trash are included; gas and electric are split. Garage parking is available for $450/month. No pets. Two current roommates, both 22-year-old guys, stay. This is a standard lease assignment at the current rent.
