Room with private bathroom in luxury LIC building

I?m looking for two people to sign onto a lease with me in a luxury building in LIC. (I may be able to sign the lease alone and have you sublet, depending on your preference). It?s right next to the queensboro plaza 7, N, W station (just one stop from Manhattan), and a 5 min walk to the E, M, R at Queens Plaza.

The apartment: washer/dryer in unit, ac and heating, dishwasher
The building: communal sky lounge, rooftop, indoor swimming pool with retractable roof, fitness center, business center with macs, - $75/month fee to access these amenities

It is a two bedroom but I will add flex wall in the living room, leaving some living room space for a couch.

I will take the flex room

MASTER BEDROOM - $1650
Private bathroom, built in closet, floor to ceiling windows. I would be happy for one person or a couple to take this room.

BEDROOM 2 - $1400
Built in closet, floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom will be shared with me.

About me:
I?m a grad student studying art conservation at NYU. I?m clean and respectful of other people?s space. It would be nice if we hung out a bit (maybe a lot!), Netflix and seamless, exploring the city etc. I like swimming (which I why I wanna be in a building with an indoor pool!).
I have a cat, she?s very cute, so hopefully you?re happy to live with her :)
