I work for Chase, I work in the office 5 days a week. I am out a lot. Usually not in the apartment. Friends describe me as easy going. I like to keep common areas clean. Bathrooms and toilets should be very clean. Prefer a roommate that is active socially and is not a homebody. Definitely want to be close friends with future roommate. Will only consider roommates that will move in July 1st. Roommate needs to be willing to pay half of $3,616 security deposit to secure spot.
