Roommate needed Aug 2022!!

Hey there!! Looking for a new roommate! Est $1300.00 a month!
Current roommate will be moving out in August of this year (2022) and into a new place with her significant other!

Spacious bedroom + large closet + carport for parking + in unit laundry + open floor plan + fireplace! Jack and Jill style bathroom with separate sink/counter space. Your access is not limited throughout the home + full use of living room + kitchen + patio! (Home will be semi furnished - we can discuss those details upon inquire)

Rent + Utilities is estimated only $1300.00 per month!! Will have to be on lease so credit check necessary through leasing office. Lease will be slightly adjusted in price come august, but $1300 should be about right! 50/50 split between you and I for rent and utilities. Currently utilities consist of gas/electricity/water/trash/WiFi. I personally opt out of using the air conditioner/heating system. If you turn it on you are paying for it is my policy. However there is never a need. The positioning of the apartment gives us a beautiful ocean breeze during the warmer months.

Community amenities = pool + multiple jacuzzis + gym + clubhouse + pet friendly (pet rent is an extra $600 deposit and $70 per month).

Great location!! 7 minutes to salt creek state beach + very close and convenient access to grocery and restaurants + easy access to the 5 freeway!

I am looking for a roommate who:

⁃ Will regularly split household chores within common areas & keep things uncluttered and tidy

⁃ Enjoys animals

As a roommate:
⁃ I love spending my time outdoors and adventuring, but I also love a day/night in to relax! My hobbies are hiking and dancing, both make my heart very happy!
⁃ I am very tidy and not a big fan of clutter. Once a week, on a day off, I take time to clean the place up, as well as meal prep!
⁃ I enjoy a peaceful home. I work 10-12 hour days four days a week as a veterinary technician alongside being a full time student.
⁃ I have a 60lbs service dog, her name is Sadie May. She typically goes to work with me most of my shifts. If not, she is very well trained and has impeccable manners.
⁃ My boyfriend will occasionally spend the night 1-2 nights a week in between his 48 hour work shifts and paramedic school.
⁃ I am very easy to get along with. Very much an extroverted introvert. I enjoy being social and having a good time, but also very much enjoy quiet alone time.
