In the area of Niguel Summit remarkable views are seen from this bedroom. On July 4th you can see beautiful fireworks show outside your bedroom from the beach and all over the city. No pets please.
The house has all amenities, including full kitchen, private bath room, washer/dryer. Close to beach, shopping, gym, movie theaters and banks. Non-smoker, no drugs. I am fit, considerate, and keep the usual professional hours. I am hoping for someone similar.
