Small room off Astoria BLVD

Looking to sublet a bedroom in my apartment, available immediately. The apartment is 4 minutes walk from Astoria Blvd N/W and a little less from the M60 bus into Manhattan. The apartment is in Small prewar building on a quiet block with good sunlight and near most of the best of Astoria. A block away is a very good bodega, laundromat/dry cleaners and a very good cafe. Nearby is Bohemian Beer Garden, a few great bars and restaurants, and a serviceable grocery store. We’re about ten minutes walk to Astoria Park, Ditmars Blvd, and 30th Avenue bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is about 530sq ft, with a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, nice sized living area, and a bathroom with tub/shower. Living room has closets for each of us and a shared coat closet. Bathroom and kitchen have a ton of storage as well. The living area and kitchen are fully furnished, I just redid the living room, and am slowly replacing and removing some old furniture. Your room is smaller with a single window, however it has a very deep closet. I previously lived in that room and was able to get a full size bed and bedroom furniture along with a small desk. ABOUT ME: I’m 33, gay, and I’ve been living in this apartment for seven years . I work in retail and keep pretty regular hours
but I work on weekends and have Thursday and Fridays off. I have a cat, he’s very cuddly and warms up to most people. I may on occasion ask you to help me feed him, but I’m very on top of keeping his areas clean and I keep his litter box in my room. He likes to sleep in the living room most nights. besides that, I’m pretty quiet and low key. ABOUT YOU: I’m looking for somebody who is clean and doesn’t smoke, who likes pets but doesn’t have one of their own. WFH is possible and something we can talk about.
