A two-bedroom apartment in Astoria right on 30th Ave. It is situated one block away from the N/W train with two grocery stores close by as well as a number of other shops. There is also a fresh fruit and veggie market in the area. The Wi-Fi and utilities are currently separate from the rent and are paid on the 15th of every month and is sent to all tenants when the bill comes in. Rent is due on the 1st.
