Looking for sublet

Room

Hello. I'm a male NYU student currently living with two male roommates in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment in Stuytown. I'm looking for someone to use my room from June 1st to August 23rd.

Our apartment is the largest in Manhattan, with the advantage of having its own security patrol at night. Also, it's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the M23 bus stop and the L train subway station. There are grocery stores like Trader Joe’s within a 5-minute walk, and many restaurants nearby. Another great feature is the fountain and park in the center of the apartment complex.

My room features a queen-sized bed, which is quite large.. Additionally, there's a projector in my room for watching movies or YouTube. Lastly, a mini-fridge for storing beverages is also available.

There is a laundry room with washers and dryers on the first floor of the apartment (laundry is coin-operated). Also, there is a shared living room in my house.

The cost is $1800, including all utilities. There are no additional costs.
