I will be reluctantly leaving this amazing apartment to move closer to school. This is truly the nicest apartment I have ever seen in this city that’s not in a luxury doorman building. It’s on the 11th floor and faces south with seriously huge windows.
The area is simply the BEST. Steps from the East Village, steps from Gramercy as well. Trader Joe’s, Target, and the L train are all a five minute walk from the building. The location could not better.
The best part is that all utilities are included, save a small (30 ish dollar) per month A/C fee. The building is solar paneled so all your utility use is covered and will not negatively impact the environment.
This is a two bedroom apartment, and you’ll be sharing it with my amazing friend Soraya. She’s 29, works in finance, and has a small Maltese poodle that is (seriously) the most well behaved, well groomed, cute little dog. This is a queer friendly, borderline queer preferred household, but anyone can feel free to message. Just be professional and CLEAN. The lease is up on 8/25, and you’ll have the opportunity to resign and stay for another year.
I am taking some bedroom furniture with me but some can be left behind if you need/prefer. We can talk more about it when you come check out the place!
