Room in 3-bedroom Stuytown Apt.

THE ROOM: The room ($2000/month) can comfortably fit a king bed, desk, dresser, etc. Your window overlooks the inside of Stuytown - meaning there is no noise from the street. There are two closets located in the bedroom. Laundry located in the building. Utilities are included, internet is an additional $30/month. To move in, asking for security deposit and first month's rent.  

THE APARTMENT: The common areas of the apartment are furnished, the bathroom and kitchen are complete with a modern finish and the kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances.  The building is technically on Avenue C but inside of the Stuytown arena on the "Avenue C Loop", so you would walk in through 14th & B or A. Nearest subway is the L on 1st Avenue, a 5-7 minute walk. You're a 12 minute walk from Union Square. Trader Joe’s & Target are about a 5 minute walk, as well.   

YOU: We're looking for a non-smoker, working professional or grad student. Ideally you'll be clean, tidy up after yourself and considerate of other people's privacy, and will work normal hours. We need someone financially reliable and respectful, to pay rent on time every month etc. and can prove you're in a financially stable situation upfront (proof of employment, screenshot of bank account, reference from previous landlord, or provide a guarantor etc.). You must also be dog-friendly as a 3 yr old toy poodle (hypo-allergenic) also resides in the apartment.
