Hello! My name is Grace and I am currently looking for a third roommate for my stuytown apartment. The starts beginning of May but the room will be available for move in in April before first months rent is due. Rent is $2,086 a month but all utilities and amenities are covered and it’s rent controlled. Washer dryer in building - 1100 sq ft, 3 full bedrooms. You wouldn’t have to do any start paper as you would be coming in as an occupant. It’s 526 E 20th St apt 10A if you want to look it up. We’re on the 10th floor (so amazing light and good views and there’s an elevator). Right across from the L, Target, and Trader Joe’s. Pet friendly :0) (I have a cat and my other roomie has a tiny dog). Smoking friendly hehe. Full kitchen, full bath, full living space! We are looking for someone we can chill and hang with so if you like movies, games, and just sitting and talking then reach out!
