3b1b Stuytown Apartment Roommate rent at 1500

Looking for roommates for a middle and small bedroom in a rent-controlled 3b1b apartment in Stuytown(The Good location 1 Stuyvesant Oval, New York City) for a 1-year lease--renewal possible-- starting late May/early June. (My current roommates are moving on for their PHDs.)

-Google Stuytown NY for a view of the amazing superblock complex and take a virtual tour. I can't submit the link.
-The rent will be about $1500, including utilities and internet.
-Convenient location, quick commute to midtown and downtown in 20mins.
-Excellent residential yet convenient neighborhood.
-No street noise.
-You can either purchase my current roommate's furniture or get your own.

-Can provide a US-based guarantor/stable job or pay more deposit upfront.
-Don't often bring people home. (Friends’ overnight limited to about 2 weeks per year, negotiable)
-Quiet. This is so important because post-wall buildings don’t have amazing soundproofing, and everyone is busy.
-Health, germ-awareness, and 3 shots of covid vaccination. (4th covid booster and flu vaccination preferred).
-No criminal record because my building conducts a background check.
-Currently undergoing college education or working after graduating college.
-No drug please.
-No illegal activities of any sort.

With the above similarities, other cultural/background differences are more than welcome.

Something about me:
I will be graduating with my Accelerated Bachelor-Master’s program in CS from NYU this summer and will be working as a software engineer soon. In my free time, I am interested in cozy video games, meditation, reading newspapers, and--most importantly--hanging out with friends. I can afford a studio but I would rather choose to meet new people. Connection--especially the platonic ones--is the ultimate source of happiness.
