We are looking for a 3rd roommate to join us in the apartment we are currently living in starting June 15, 2024. The rent is 1715$ (plus this include utilities and wifi)! This is a real steal!

THE ROOM: This is a large 3 bedroom apartment in Stuyvesant Town. The room that is available is the smallest, corner bedroom 11`1``x10`0``. It has the largest windows for great natural light (one of which has a great view of the Chrysler Building), a brand new window AC unit already installed and an incredibly large and livable space. Easily fits a full sized bed (photos are of a full bed) with space for nightstand, dresser(s) and desk/side table. Sizable closet as well more storage in the common area. The room will be unfurnished.

THE APARTMENT: The common spaces will all be fully furnished. ALL utilities (A/C, electric, gas, heat, water, trash, recycling, etc) are included in the rent price listed, Verizon Fios (very reliable for work from home). Shared in the apartment are also a linen closet and very large walk in front closet for extra storage (suitcase, winter coats, towels, toiletries, etc). You will also get your own storage in the bathroom. The entire apartment is a little over 950 square feet.

LOCATION: just AMAZING! Walk right outside to a large park with a water fountain. There is a farmers market that sets up there every Sunday. Brand new Target and Trader Joe's right on the corner on 14th and A. Tons of restaurants and cafes right in your backyard in East Village and all the shopping to the west in Union Square. The new L train entrance is also open on 14th and A so easier access. Buses run very frequently across 14th street connecting all subway lines (4/5/6, N/Q/R/W, 1/2/3, F/M, A/C/E).

THE ROOMIES: you would be living with me/girl (cybersecurity engineer in a tech company) and one more girl (works in UN). We are incredibly respectful, quiet, clean and very personable. Both are in our late/mid 20's. The apartment is largely a quiet space, with only the occasional friend over for dinner type of thing!

MOVE IN DETAILS: The apartment is available for a move in June 15, 2024 (we can arrange earlier move in in some cases) for a long term stay, ideally for a year as we plan to renew our lease around March.

Rent is 1715$ per month (utilities and wifi included). 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit to move in.
