It has a Queen-size sleigh bed, an antique dresser, a large-screen ROKU TV, a desk and desk chair, and a mini refrigerator. Everything you need to feel at home in your kingdom. All utilities included! Share kitchen and bathroom. It is a very quiet apartment with mature roommates. We are looking for a long-term roommate, i. e., 6 months or more. There is a laundry room in the basement.

You must be responsible, clean, and most importantly respectful of others. A roommate lease and contract are mandatory as is adhering to a cleaning schedule. No pets please and the room is for one person only. I am located about a 5-minute walk from the C train at 116th Street and about a 10-minute walk from the A, B, C, and D trains at 125th Street. I am also about a 5-minute walk from Columbia's main campus, which can be accessed by walking through Morningside Park.
