1 minute walk away from the ACE Subway line, less than 5 minute walk from the 123 and NQRW lines. 6 minute walk from the BDFM line. Very close access to Penn Station, 15 minute walk from Grand Central. This place is perfect for quick access to transportation throughout and in/out of the city.

Roommate and I have had no problems with the apartment. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, the businesses below us are never heard, and we have never had a package stolen. The trash room is kept clean and is taken out on almost a daily basis. The Super lives in the building and has accommodated all of our needs within 1-2 hours when they arisen.

The only reason we are leaving is so that we can live with another friend who moves to NYC in May/June. We have loved this apartment and the management team that owns the building. I can gladly provide another video of the apartment furnished to get a better sense of size upon request. Also, we are open to leaving some furniture, i. e. beds, etc. if you are interested.
