Subletting my cozy East Village apartment starting June 1.
Ideally, looking for a working professional / grad student, or a couple to sublet the place as I’m pursuing my PhD in Long Island (Stony Brook U). I’m clean, respectful, and responsible, and looking for someone with the same values.
The apartment is a 3rd-floor walkup and has windows facing both north and south, so there's plenty of light.
The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped. The bedroom comes with a twin bed, but I can replace it with a standard bed if needed (the queen size won't fit in).
Utilities are not included in the rent; these are the internet (no TV) and electricity (Coned). On average, utilities are about $100-200 per month depending on a season.
