Room:

One room available for ONE PERSON. It’s in the rear of the apartment, where there's the most privacy. It also has windows facing Grand Street and can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed.

Apartment:

This second-floor, three-bedroom apartment is spacious, sun-drenched, and has hardwood floors.

Kitchen:

The newly remodeled eat-in kitchen has stainless appliances (microwave, refrigerator, and stove), ample counter space, and a dining table with accompanying chairs.

Living Room:

The living room has a comfortable couch, a coffee table, and a large TV stand with a storage area.

Bathroom:

The shared bathroom has a tiled floor and a tub/shower combo with a window and shelf underneath.

Building:

Although there's no buzzer (there's a doorbell), the building's entrance is shared by only one other apartment with friendly, keep-to-themselves neighbors. Also, the building's location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The Lorimer L/Metropolitan G subway station is a block away, and Hewes JMZ is 4-5 minutes away by foot; both are the second stop from Manhattan.

Housemates:

We’re two young profesional males that work full-time jobs. LGBTQ+ friendly. We aim to have a third clean and respectful housemate join us.

Surrounding Area:

The surrounding area is chock-full of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, hardware stores, grocery stores, shops, gyms, and delis in every direction! So everything you may need just steps away!

Bonus:

All utilities (even WiFi) are included in the monthly rent.

Deposit ($1,200) plus first month rent ($1,200) to move in ($2,400 in total).
