I have a very large, unfurnished, 10 1/2 x 13', room for rent in large 5 room apartment. It's in Williamsburg & three blocks from the Graham Ave / L-train stop and six blocks from the Lorimer G-train stop. All the options you desire are within three blocks including two pizzarias, coffee shops, cafes, bars, two all night bodegas, liquor store, NYC's best & most inexpensive taco restaurant and two laundromats. (one right on the corner).

Room has two windows, lots of sunlight, a large double door mirrored closet and two portions of the room extend larger than 10. 1/2 x 13'. One to 11 x 13' and the other to 12 1/2 x 13'. Bedroom is situated in the back of the apartment with the living room in the front creating a very quiet & peaceful room. Large eat-in kitchen (9 1/2 x 15'), parlor room (9 1/2 x 12') and bathroom {9 1/3 x 4 1/3') in the middle. Nice Feng Shui and not a railroad apartment. Plus your welcome to paint the room.

You would be sharing with only one other roommate, which is me, and building has only one other apartment occupied by way cool couple. I'm a native Brooklynite and well grounded within the NYC / Brooklyn film and music community. Basically looking for someone easy going and not looking to bring the party home. I'm easy going, drama free and while older than you may perfer to share with, the nature of my vocation betrays my age..

Apartment has Wi-Fi, AC, excellent hot water and pressure. I also have some bedroom furniture your welcome to use. (See photos)

Rent is $1250 and that includes all bills.

Looking for long term tenant but short term is open. If desired, references will be supplied and will add photos of room from last tenant.
