The rooms have a full/queen bed, side desk and night lamp, and a closet space. Tenants can bring their own beds. There are Smart Tvs in the living room, and every bedroom with free access to NETFLIX, HBO, AMAZON PRIME, and more. The apartment has a lot of natural light and is in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood. There are also a full bathroom, living room and kitchen, shared by all roommates. Utilities are not included in the rent except for the summer months of June, July and August when rent is increased by $50.00 per month for those months.
