Available are two rooms in a shared duplex apartment in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood in Brooklyn. With prices ranging from $975 to $1200. The rooms have a full/queen bed, side desk and night lamp, and a closet space. Tenants can bring their own beds. There are Smart Tvs in the living room and every bedroom with free access to NETFLIX, HBO, AMAZON PRIME, and more. The apartment has a lot of natural light and is in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood. There is also a full bathroom, living room, and kitchen, shared by all roommates. Utilities are not included in the rent except for the summer months of June, July, and August when rent is increased by $50.00 per month for those months. The rooms are available for immediate rental!

This location is near the 2, 5 trains and several city buses.

One of the four rooms comes with a full bath and a mini fridge. Another comes with a half bath. To get a room, you're required to show proof of income (current paystubs for 2 months), recommendation from former landlord, deposit, and first month rent.
