Rent: total $4,200/4 = individually $1,050
Utility bills is distributed evenly 80-100 (using heater can raise the prices)

- Supermarket a block away
-if you walk left after leaving the building for maybe 10-20 mins there’s also a very nice park for pets, handball/ basketball courts, and even a workout area with bars and such. Two blocks from it there’s a cafe with interesting aesthetics and weekly events.
