We have an awesome room available now or May 1st.
Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick Brooklyn. On a tree lined block and very close to the subway, L train off the Jefferson stop -about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.

This is a 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and you would be sharing common areas with two roommates (girl and guy). Both doing rotation at Wyckoff Hospital for podiatry.

We are looking for someone super chill, responsible, respectful, financially stable, clean, LGBT friendly and very mature. Someone who collaborates in the common areas and pays bills on time.

The room is not furnished, it has a window and closet, it fits a queen size bed, dresser and night stand, the rent for this room is $1,200 per month plus utilities and wifi. You would need the first month rent and security deposit, No broker fee and co-signers are welcome. This is a one year commitment.
