One bedroom in 4bed 2bath (2 roommates, 1 office)

We're looking to fill a room that we have opening up Mar 1st. The bedroom has enough space for a queen size bed, and has a very large closet. The room also currently has a TV that you are free to use if you'd like as well - it can also be removed, up to you. The room has a large window allowing for plenty of light.

The overall unit has 2 bathrooms, one with a stand up shower and one with a tub. There is a washer/dryer in unit as well. In the living room, we have a very good entertainment setup with a large TV and a good sound system. The 4th bedroom in the unit is set up as a office/gym, so there is no 4th roommate. We have monthly cleaners, and a robot vacuum that cleans daily. We also have rooftop access with a pretty sick view of Manhattan!

We are located in a very central area of Bushwick, steps away from the Jefferson L stop. Everything you can think of is nearby - grocery stores, restaurants, bars.

We are both working professionals so are busy during the day - one of us works from home, so will be at home most of the time working in the office. During some weeknights and weekends, we do have people over, having drinks and playing music and such. We would prefer someone that is sociable and comfortable with that.
