For safety and security I dont offer viewings of the space without a signed rental contract and payment.

House rules:

First time access of washer and dryer is included, after that it is $5 per access. Washer and dryer available from 11am-7pm ONLY.

If using kitchen: wash all pots and pans by hand please leave on the counter to dry. Do not leave any used dishes in the sink. Please clean up after yourself if using the kitchen . There is no housekeeper.

For security and safety of everyone unregistered overnight guests and smoking indoors are not allowed. Unfortunately, guests have damaged items and it became an issue.

No pets, no kids, and no smoking indoors.

Be mindful of volume of TV, music and please do not slam the doors shut. Loud noise travels easily throughout the house.
