I’m renting out a private bedroom in my Las Vegas home. Looking for a reliable, respectful, and easygoing roommate who is clean, tidy, drama free, who picks up after themselves, an has total respect for others.
• Room: Furnished, with closet and natural light
• Shared Spaces: Kitchen, living room, laundry, and patio.
• Bathroom: Semi-private as I dont have a shower in my bathroom.
• House Rules: Non-smoker, no drugs, moderate drinking okay. Pays rent on time.
• Rent: $780 per month (utilities included), would like a month's notice upon moving out. There will be a rental agreement between roommate an myself. That way there will be no confusion to House rules.
• Location: Close to the Las Vegas Strip and Allegiant Stadium, Shopping, parking
• About Me: Retired, enjoy reading, movies, and bingo nights. Im easy going, stays positive, loves what God provides. Dont worry, I dont push religion upon anyone.
Looking for someone who values a peaceful home, pays bills on time, and enjoys a friendly but independent lifestyle. Clean, tidy, who pick up after themselves cuz I'm not ur mama.
