Northwest Room for Rent

My 4 br home is in a quiet area near North Jones/215. I have 3 dogs that are well trained and would not be in your area unless invited. The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, large closet with mirrored doors, smart TV, and office chair. You would have access to your own bathroom that includes a bathtub and shower. You would also have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and backyard. Parking would be in the driveway and there's an additional refrigerator in the garage if needed. I work from home so I'm there most of the time. My only requests are to pay your rent on time and be kind and respectful to me, my dogs, guests, and my home.
