Room/loft area available

Welcome! We are renting the entirety of our second floor, 2 bedrooms and a loft area with a bathroom right at the entrance to the stairs. We would prefer a female roommate within our age range (20-35). The location is excellent with a <10 minute walk to the Roselle Park Train Station or the center of town/farmer's market, and < 10 minute drive to Kean University. The house is also a 15 minute drive to Newark (EWR) airport and a 1 hr drive to JFK Airport.

Rent will be $1200/month including utilities and washer/dryer use. A $1000 security deposit will be due prior to moving in. Potential tenants may be subject to signing a 3 month lease and possibly completing credit and background checks.

The house has 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an upstairs lounge area, a new kitchen, a large finished basement, a spacious backyard, a back patio, and a front porch. The room is unfurnished, but a twin or queen bed can be arranged. You will not have to share the upstairs lounge space with another tenant. There is the option to rent both bedrooms.
