This is an apartment building in Roselle NJ. Very clean and new apartment with gym, parking, in-built washer and dryer, Central AC and heat and on-site management. It also has free shuttles that takes residents to and from the Linden train station on weekdays. Total rent is about 2900 inclusive of parking and trash valet, two people will share for about $1450 each.
Background check will be done by the leasing office and after they run credit, deposit fee may be required. There’s also a one time application fee of 75, admin fee of 295, and amenities fee of 575. We will divide the admin and amenities fees equally between us.

Looking for someone to share the unit with and move in as early as July 8, 2025.
