ROOM Available Once We Move In(1300/1500)

Hello! My partner and I are finishing up paperwork etc to move into a 2 bedroom unit. We will be renting a room for 1300. It will come unfurnished. We will be happy to furnish it for you if that is a preference for an additional 200 a month.

(If not home or if you see no one is there. Please feel free to watch something on the TV or read on the sofa, I might have a PS4 installed for use as well)

(just let me know beforehand incase I have something in the microwave. That way I can have the area set if you need to cook yourself dinner)

🌟 Important: We do have a dog!!! She is a friendly golden retriever. If allergic this sadly wont be a good fit. She barks if she hears someone coming through the front door or up stairs. Other then that she is quiet!!! She will try to jump when she first sees you, to lick. Obviously, I will not let her do that out of respect lol. But after a couple days she will stop and greet you with her toy or bone instead. At night she sleeps with us and will be wherever me and my partner are. If we are not home, she has free range in the living room where her toys and waterbowl is.

We have a fishtank that contains who I call the Goldfish Gang. That includes three Ranchus named: Liro(play on words to little), CaoCao, and Naranja. They will be in the living room.

We are a bilingual household! We speak Spanish and English. So whatever language you feel comfortable just let us know.

I mostly do the talking for everyday info. My partner does the rent stuff.

We will pay for other basic needs like: Pads, Tampons, Paper Toilet, Handsoap, Bounty, Airfreshener, Wipes, etc. You can use those when you need them. If you want something in particular, let me know in advance that way when we go shopping I can just send you the receipt for it.

We are looking to rent to a woman that is middle aged or a working professional. Just someone that is respectful, cleans there room, and has stable income

A little about us if interested:
Harold(25) My partner and works in the Rope Access industry in New York City! He loves gaming and is a chill guy. He gets up early for work(4:30) so after 10pm perferably no music or too much noise. He will be away from home from 6am-6pm most days.

Stephanie(20) I am a current student that does online classes. I will be starting a part-time job soon once we move in and get settled. But for the most part I will be home mainting stuff and my classes.

Viewings will start on the 17th, maybe sooner depending on how quick I unpack. 😅

No Smoking, No Weed, or Excessive Alcohol Usage. Harold has a strict job, secondhand smoke can be tested! So sadly, not 420 household.
