Crash Pad

I am interesed in renting out 2 rooms in my home. I am preferably looking for Airline Stewardess or Traveling Nurses and those in the Military. The monthly rent for the small room is $550 (there is a refundable security deposit of $225 after a walkthrough. The larger room is $600 and a refundable deposit of $300 both rooms consists of a microwave, mini fridge bed .The larger room has an AC (Utilities and WiFi are included). Viewing of the rooms is available. Proof of Employment is required. If you are interested feel free to contact me via Spareroom! The location is in Hillside NJ..(Not Hillside Queens). Due to Security Purposes I am only renting to females only. I am near the bus stop that goes to Times Square on 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. The 114 bus to Manhattan is the last stop going to NY. (bus tickets to Manhattan is $7.00 or monthly for $228 which allows you to ride any bus in Hillside( zone 5). The stores close to me are: Walgreens and Dunkin Donuts (ShopRite is in walking distance or the 66 bus. The neighborhood is very safe. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to rest your head...my home would be the place. I am in close proximity to Newark Airport and Newark Beth Israel Hospital.
