The room is a private bedroom with its own lock in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath first-floor apartment. You’ll have your own private space, while the living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.

I’ll be living in one of the bedrooms and renting out the other two, so there will be a maximum of three people in the apartment. I’m 24, work from home, and am pretty laid-back. I also have two cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats.

The location is one of the biggest perks. The apartment is in Elizabeth with easy access to NYC, making it a great option if you work or spend a lot of time in the city without wanting to pay NYC rent. Newark Liberty International Airport is also very close, which is especially convenient if you travel often. There are plenty of groceries, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials nearby as well.

I’m looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. Ideally other young professionals or people around my age. Since we’ll be sharing the common areas, I’d like it to be a comfortable and friendly place to live while still respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.
