The apartment has a furnished living room, dining room and kitchen with plenty cabinets and fully equipped with a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, cookware set, dinnerware set, cups, glasses, cutlery set, knives set, utensil set, etc…

2 rooms are: full size bedroom set with drawers, mattress and mattress cover 1 night table with drawers, 1 table lamp, dresser with drawers, and closet. 40 inch flat TV, comforter set and pillows, Verizon Fios for internet. You will share the kitchen, dining & living room, and bathroom.

Close to: New Jersey turnpike, the 1 and 9 - 2 bus lines to NYC - port authority 2 train lines to NYC - Penn Station - 25 minutes to NYC . New Jersey Garden Mall 10 minutes away -Newark International Airport 10 minutes away - Close Elizabeth Port No Smoking in the rooms, apartment or in the house premises.

Looking for working roomies that are clean, organized and able to share kitchen, living and dining room and bathroom. Responsible and able to follow cleaning schedule with other roomies to maintain the apartment clean and organized.
