I’m looking to rent out an unfurnished room in a two bed, two bath apartment a five minute walk away from a train station in Elizabeth. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and I am offering one of two parking spaces in the building’s secure parking lot. We would share the open concept kitchen/dining/living space and you would have access to the building’s amenities which include two fitness areas, a resident lounge, a business center and outdoor courtyard. There is a package delivery room and a part-time doorman. This building has a no smoking policy and requires an application for a background check for $35.
I’m a friendly person, have one small dog and work from home two days of the week.
