Wanted-Dog friendly, female roommate , 1 bed/bath

I live in a single family home with my dog. The upstairs has two rooms, an office, and a bathroom. One room, and a bathroom are available upstairs for your private use (the other room and office I use for storage and gym equipment). There is a kitchen/dining room/living room and basement with washer/dryer, and a backyard with patio available for your use. There is street parking and also a shared driveway with my neighbor, we could arrange for a parking space in the driveway when there is space.

The biggest thing is that a potential roommate has experience around dogs, and will be able to get along with my dog. He can be skittish with strangers at first, and does not warm up quickly to new people. My dog has a doggie door and use of the fenced in backyard during the day. If you would like to help take care of my dog while I am away, I would consider taking money off of rent/utilities.

I would only allow visitors once a week, as this is an advert for 1 roommate, not two. I would like to be there as well to meet any visitors beforehand and make sure they are good around dogs as well. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but it is really to ensure that you and your visitors would be comfortable and safe.
