Dog Friendly Roommate Wanted, 1 Room and Bathroom

I live in a single family home with my dog. The upstairs has two rooms, an office, and a bathroom. One room, and a bathroom are available upstairs for your private use (the other room and office I use for storage and gym equipment). There is a kitchen/dining room/living room and basement with washer/dryer, and a backyard with patio available for your use. There is street parking and also a shared driveway with my neighbor, we could arrange for a parking space in the driveway when there is space.

The most important thing is that a potential roommate will be able to get along with my dog. He can be skittish with strangers at first, and does not warm up quickly to new people. It is important to me that my roommate is a dog person, and that they get along well with my dog. My dog has a doggie door and use of the fenced in backyard during the day. If you would like to help take care of my dog while I am away, I would consider taking money off of rent/utilities.

I would not welcome my roommate to have visitors or sleepovers. This is because my dog is not always comfortable with strangers, especially when I am not at home. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but it is really to ensure that you and your visitors would be comfortable and safe. Also, this advertisement is for one roommate, I would not like two roommates.
