Private Room Available — Basking Ridge

The third bedroom room has plenty of natural light and there is a closet with a shelf and rod. In the townhouse, the kitchen, living room, and half bath on the first floor are all shared. The bathroom on the second floor is also shared between residents. Hardwood floors, open first floor, and a patio. We would split the utilities in three ways. As for trash we usually take turns taking the trash to the onsite compactor whenever the bin fills up. The stove, oven, furnace, water-heater and dryer are all gas-fired. We have a smart TV, couch, and dining table in the living room.

Last month's utilities were $67 for electric, $13 for gas, internet is usually $25, and $15 for water. Utilities included are trash removal, snow removal, and HOA fee.
