Clean and well kept home w/rooms for rent

Middle aged LGBT couple have a well maintained home with rooms for rent. Some utilities included: electric, Internet. The washer and dryer can also be used for a small monthly fee. Gas and water are per capita. Common areas the kitchen, living room and rear yard with gazebo. Owners enjoy cooking and gardening. Owners have 1 elderly dog, Dog is friendly and well behaved. On street parking is available. I am retired as of this past Jan 2026 and am home 24/7 and my partner works Mon thru Fri 10am to 8pm. We are looking for a mature individua(s)l who is down to earth and; easy going. We are looking for roommates that respect a clean home and will pitch in to keep it clean and organized. Roommates must have an established job and pay rent on time every month. The individual can expect privacy in a relaxed setting. No drugs, no drama and must be respectful of the neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs for rent which are 12 ft by 14 ft and both have a large walk in closet. However, 1 room downstairs can also be rented instead.
