Beautiful home to share

This is for a house share. You will have your bedroom but this house will be equally yours. Washer and dryer in basement . Weight room in the attic. I’m a bit of a fitness nut. I’m walking distance from restaurants and a brewery with an outside bar. This is a beautiful town. 800 a month and 800 security. Pets are welcome but my landlord does require a 500$ dog deposit. You will get both deposits back when you leave. We will split electric and gas but I will take care of the Internet. For the prices today and what you’re getting here for 800$ a month and utility split. It’s pretty amazing. I don’t have any weird rules. Use my kitchen ware. Living room and all common areas are shared. There’s one large bathroom what we share.
