1 room is my own (I work as an Artist/Writer inside apartment 24/7). 1 room is rented by a 20 year old male. Works full-time. The 1 room available now was occupied by a Full-time/Working, 26 year old Male/Military Recruiter for 6 years and has left to new location for job. The available room is pictured, also the rest of the apartment. The room would be good for a Full/Time Employed/Student individual. INTERNET/Utilities, INCLUDED. SORRY, GUESTS NOT PERMITTED due to attempting to "low-traffic" in and out in respect of the landlord desires...(Please DO NOT inquire if this does not work for you...There has been only one renter here in the past that abused this request/agreement and was asked to leave immediately!) The room will be rented to one person ONLY. The apartment is located on the main floor in a house in an area of Paterson that is very safe, since The Sheriff's Offices are one block away. Apartment is one block from a slew of NJ Transit buses, several blocks from Train Station and Highways to NYC, ETC. There is a Mall, Center City within walking distance, as well as ALL shopping close by. Government, Hospital, etc. are all within walking distance.
