Room for rent…$870 a month.

TEXT or MESSAGE ME THROUGH HERE ONLY. I know it’s long but pulllleeeeeze read the whole ad lol. (pics are from an earlier ad but everything still looks the same, current roommate is moving out in a couple days)

I’m looking for a FEMALE preferably, 20’s- early 30’s, who WORKS full time or a student and works etc with good communication/ texting. Cats are welcome although I’d have to double check with the roomie. I love dogs too but the apartment would be too small.

Possible dealbreakers…Must be CLEAN, responsible, respectful, trustworthy and pay the rent on time. Sorry NO smoking, NO drugs (including weed) and NO guests in the apartment.

The room is in a 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a 2 family house. It’s a smaller room, has a window AC and a decent size closet. The room is furnished with a twin bed, a dresser w/mirror/ hutch, a chest and a tv. It’s a shared bathroom and kitchen/ kitchen area. No living room. Street parking only but I always find something close. Rent includes utilities (heat, hot water, gas, electric and wifi). No splitting bills blah blah blah. Another plus is that there’s laundry in the basement.

The house is located right next to the downtown Clifton area, near Main Ave, Lakeview and Piaget. Close to rt 80, 46, 20, 21 and the GSP. It’s also like 10 mins away from Montclair State University (MSU). Dunkin, 711, Walgreens, White Castle, Chinese Food, Pizza and much more are all within a mile/ walking distance.

To move in……Proof of income (copy of last 4 pay stubs), a copy of your drivers license/ photo ID, and $1740 (First Months Rent $870+ $870 Security Deposit). It’s month-to-month, no lease, CASH or ZELLE only (I’ll give you rent receipts). I’m only looking for someone wanting to stay 6 months plus, the longer the better. Wait there’s more lol :)…After 3 months the RENT WILL BE LOWERED starting the 4th month on.

I’m not going to sugar coat anything, it’s an older house and I have a lot of stuff and “projects” lol going on. If you’re looking for a spacious mansion with a jacuzzi, this is not it lol. But if you want an economical, safe place to sleep, do homework/ study, cook and relax in a decent friendly neighborhood, send me a message. Don’t be shy lol.
