My girlfriend and I are offering the opportunity to sublease a private bedroom for $950 monthly rent that includes utilities. Our apartment is located in north New Jersey. It comes unfurnished, and includes access to shared features such as a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Street parking is available nearby, there is easy access to public transportation to get to New York City as well as many other cities. The public transportation is a quick walk two minute walk, as well as a nearby train station that provides transportation to Hoboken, Jersey City, New York City, and the tri-state area. It is situated perfectly in a metropolitan area with nearby restaurants, café’s, gyms, medical centers, laundromats, and parks. Please note that this is an LGBT+ household (female couple), and we have a friendly German Shepherd that is still in training. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment to maintain a smoke-free environment for all occupants. There is an outdoor area that is covered from snow and rain that is allowed for smoking.
