Private bedroom is 10x12’ with private bathroom and shower. Common areas include the kitchen, laundry, dinning and family rooms with water views, and an office.

You will be asked to sign a whole house lease with 2 roomies.

Utilities are included but should not be wasted.

High Speed WiFi is included.

Price is single occupancy, couples add $150.

Common areas include professional cleaning every other week.
