Room for Rent in New(ish) Construction

Hello there!

Room for rent in Manchester NJ at Presidential Gardens. I've been here 1 year (first tenants) now and have had zero complaints. Fully equipped apartment with a bathroom for each bedroom, and a guest bathroom. Balcony and garage for storage (a car must be parked in the garage though per lease rules). Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen with plenty of storage. There is an additional room that is suited for a home office if needed. 2 minutes from ShopRite, and location is at the Route 37 and 70 intersection. Downtown Toms River about 10 minutes down the road. There is currently one cat in the home. No additional pets are preferred, but meet and greets can be arranged to determine pet compatibility. You take on any additional pet fees ahould you bring a pet (35 rent, 350 pet deposit). $100 fee to add you to the lease. That's the room details!

As for me....LGBTQIA+ friendly atmosphere! Board games, video games, card games, and all things nerdy are welcome. Career scientist with a passion for knowledge. You'll typically catch me watching a documentary or animated show in the living room.
